A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: "AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE ROOF ON THE GOVERNOR'S RESIDENCE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
NEW SECTION. Section 1. Appropriation. There is appropriated $10,000 from the general fund to the department of administration to be used for the replacement of the roof on the governor's residence provided for in Title 2, chapter 17, part 8. The appropriation in this section constitutes legislative consent for the project pursuant to Title 18, chapter 2.
NEW SECTION. Section 2. Effective date. [This act] is effective July 1, 2001.
