A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: "AN ACT ALLOWING THE USE OF THE CROSSBOW IN HUNTING AREAS WHERE WEAPONS ARE RESTRICTED."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
NEW SECTION. Section 1. Use of crossbows allowed in restricted weapons hunting areas. Unless prohibited under 87-3-135, in any hunting area that is designated as an area where weapons are restricted, the use of the crossbow is allowed.
NEW SECTION. Section 2. Codification instruction. [Section 1] is intended to be codified as an integral part of Title 87, chapter 3, part 1, and the provisions of Title 87, chapter 3, part 1, apply to [section 1].
