A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: "AN ACT REMOVING THE PROHIBITION ON THE ADMISSIBILITY OF EVIDENCE OF SEATBELT USE IN CIVIL ACTIONS; AND REPEALING SECTION 61-13-106, MCA; AND PROVIDING AN APPLICABILITY DATE."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
NEW SECTION. Section 1. Repealer. Section 61-13-106, MCA, is repealed.
NEW SECTION. Section 2. Applicability. [This act] applies to causes of action arising on or after [the effective date of this act].
