HOUSE BILL NO. 15

A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: "AN ACT APPROPRIATING MONEY FOR LEGISLATOR PARTICIPATION IN APPROPRIATE INTERSTATE, INTERNATIONAL, AND INTERGOVERNMENTAL ACTIVITIES."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
NEW SECTION. Section 1. Appropriation. There is appropriated from the general fund to the legislative services division, $350,000 for the biennium ending June 30, 2007. The appropriation must be used to fund legislator participation in appropriate interstate, international, and intergovernmental activities as provided in 5-11-304.
