A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: "AN ACT ELIMINATING THE PROHIBITION OF CONTESTS BASED ON SIZE AND ATTRIBUTES OF GAME ANIMALS; AND REPEALING SECTION 87-3-307, MCA."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
NEW SECTION. Section 1. Repealer. Section 87-3-307, MCA, is repealed.
