A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: "AN ACT APPROPRIATING GENERAL FUND MONEY FOR A CAPITAL PROJECT TO CONSTRUCT A STATE VETERANS' NURSING HOME IN DEER LODGE, MONTANA; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
NEW SECTION. Section 1. Appropriation for veterans' home in Deer Lodge. There is appropriated from the general fund to the department of administration $15 million for a capital project for the construction, including land purchase and design costs, of a state veterans' nursing home and domiciliary home in Deer Lodge, Montana.
NEW SECTION. Section 2. Effective date. [This act] is effective July 1, 2007.
