A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: "AN ACT REMOVING THE TERMINATION DATE ON LAWS RESTRICTING ECONOMIC CREDENTIALING BY HOSPITALS; REPEALING SECTION 6, CHAPTER 351, LAWS OF 2007; AND PROVIDING AN IMMEDIATE EFFECTIVE DATE."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
NEW SECTION. Section 1. Repealer. Section 6, Chapter 351, Laws of 2007, is repealed.
NEW SECTION. Section 2. Effective date. [This act] is effective on passage and approval.
