NOTE ON REPORTS: With few exceptions, reports for the 2011 legislative session are dynamic reports. When you click a report link, the report will run and present itself on your screen -- in real-time, and up-to-date at the time it was run.

As in the past, reports are added to this list as they become relevant. For example, a Hearing Calendar is not relevant until hearings are scheduled (and their scheduled date falls within the reporting period), so will not appear on this list until that time.

Veoted Bills Polled (PDF format). This list includes the bills vetoed by the Governor AFTER session ended, with those bills that were polled for veto override indicated.

Bills not signed by the Governor (PDF format). This list includes the bills sent to the Secretary of State by the Governor without his signature. These bills have become law, or will become law, without the Governor's signature.

Vetoed Bills (PDF format). All bills that have been vetoed by the Governor this session (FULL vetoes - does not include line-item or amendatory vetoes).

Vetoed/Proposed Amendment Bills (PDF format). All bills that have been vetoed (including line-item vetoes), or have had amendments proposed by the Governor this session.

Session Law In Bill Order
Session Law In Chapter Order (PDF format). Session laws are bills that have been passed by the legislature and have been assigned a chapter number by the Secretary of State. These .pdf reports list each session law chapter number, its associated bill number, and the session law effective date(s).

Conflict Checking Report (PDF format). This file contains a list of MCA code sections amended or repealed by multiple bills/bill drafts in the current session. It is used for conflict checking.

Code Sections Affected (PDF format). This file contains a list of the MCA being amended or repealed in the current session.

Introduced Bill Statistics (PDF format). Current statistics of all introduced bills in the Legislative process.

Appropriation and Revenue Bills, and Bills with Fiscal Notes Indicated (PDF Format) Lists information about: 1) Appropriation bills, 2) Revenue bills, and 3) Bills with Fiscal Note Indicated. Links are provided to the latest version of the bill text, to detailed status information, and to fiscal note text (if a fiscal note has been prepared and printed).

Bill Draft Requests by Subject List (PDF Format) Lists information about bill draft requests, sorted by subject category.

Bill Draft Request "By Request Of" List (PDF Format) Lists information about those bill draft requests which have been requested on behalf of an agency, legislative committee, or public office. This list is sorted by the "By Request Of" entity.
