A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: "AN ACT APPROPRIATING MONEY FOR THE OPERATION OF THE LEGISLATURE; AND PROVIDING AN IMMEDIATE EFFECTIVE DATE."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
NEW SECTION. Section 1. Appropriations. The following amounts are appropriated from the state general fund for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2007, for costs of the special legislative session of May 2007:
LEGISLATIVE BRANCH (1104)
1. Senate (25) $101,432
2. House of Representatives (26) 184,753
3. Legislative Services Division (22) 19,601
NEW SECTION. Section 2. Effective date. [This act] is effective on passage and approval.
